Refund Policy

At RhodShark, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and easy to follow.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts are included

  • The product is in resellable condition


Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety or manufacturer reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Customized or personalized products


If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will assist you.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will send a replacement, issue a refund, or offer store credit—your choice when applicable.

  • RhodShark covers return shipping for verified issues.


4. How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  • Email support@rhodshark.com  with your order number.

  • State the reason for the return.

  • We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (if approved).

  • Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color ordered).

RhodShark covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Store credit or exchanges may be offered when applicable.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect products

  • Size/color adjustments when stock allows

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.


8. Late or Missing Refunds
 

  • If your refund hasn’t posted after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company.

  • Then contact us—we’re happy to look into it.
